Security Statement & Safety Notice
Factual operational practices and anti-impersonation disclosures.
1. Technical Protections & Architecture
All traffic to Smart Utility Hub is delivered over HTTPS using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS), enforcing Strict Transport Security (HSTS) and secure HTTP response headers.
Calculator inputs—such as loan amounts, birth dates, tax rates, and text entered for analysis—are processed directly in your device's browser memory via client-side JavaScript. They are not uploaded to our backend servers to perform the calculations.
Smart Utility Hub runs entirely within your web browser. We do not distribute, require, or prompt users to install executable software (.exe, .dmg, .apk, .bat, or browser extensions) to use any tool.
2. Anti-Fraud & Phishing Protections
To protect users from online scams, social engineering, and impersonation, please note the following unequivocal policies:
- No Financial Credentials: We will never ask for bank account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, CVVs, ATM PINs, online banking passwords, or One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
- No Remote Access Requests: We never request access to your computer or phone via remote-desktop applications (such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or UltraViewer).
- No Payments or Deposits: Our tools are completely free to use. We never solicit cryptocurrency deposits, wire transfers, or advance fee payments.
- No Outbound Support Calls: We do not operate unsolicited telephone support lines or place cold calls requesting personal data.
